Calling all boys and girls aged 6 to 14, beginners or advanced players - we've made a fantastic start to the 2021/22 season, with new players, new coaches and great new facilities. The coffee pots are on and bacon rolls waiting for weary parents on a Sunday morning!

Older children are now playing on Sundays and Tueaday evemings. Tuesday evening is Club Night with juniors and seniors training and the Club House is also open.

So if your children have tried rugby at school, if they are inspired by watching Bath as they now open for their supporters again, why not come and try out rugby at Combe Down RFC.

We have an amazing membership package for young rugby players: just £70 for season 2021/22, which includes:

  • Combe Down RFC playing shirt
  • Training or matches September to April
  • 2-week ‘try before you buy’ for new members
  • Social membership of CDRFC for parent/guardian
  • Sibling discounts
  • CDRFC shorts, socks and hoodies are available to buy, but are not compulsory

Our U13/U15 girls squad are also do well and playing matches and looking for new team recruits.

This season, we have access to the wonderful Mulberry Park Primary School rugby-compliant all-weather pitch for training and matches, which will enable us to expand our numbers, as well as ensure that training goes ahead whatever the weather. Our clubhouse has been refurbished with a large outside covered space.

Contact any of our Mini rugby leads: Mark Cullingford, Giles White, Sam Prescott (girls U13 and U15s coach) if you have any questions or you’d like to come and see our facilities and meet our coaches.
