Combe Down RFC is hosting an 'Emergency First Aid in Rugby Union' course on Sunday 3 September - 9.00am to 3.30pm.
This is the RFU's official First Aid course and is geared specifically to rugby. There are places left on the course, and the Club is encouraging coaches, team managers, parents who regularly attend training and matches and senior players to sign up for the course. The cost of the course will be met by the Club.
It's essential that we, as a Club, have as many people as possible qualified in First Aid so that we are always covered for training and match-days and meet our Safeguardig obligations to players. If you don't feel the course is for you, please do spread the word to other players, parents and coaches.
If you are interested in attending the course, please contact Giles White (07775 686 919) or Dudley Bond (07880 714 874).
Please note that you will need to complete the online eLearning course prior to signing up for the First Aid course: Click here: Headcase Concussion Awareness Training
